Alicia Forero

Mrs. Alicia Forero passed away on June 27, 2014 in Burbank, California. Alicia was born in Bogota', Colombia on March 28, 1934 to Francisco and Isabel Herrera, and moved to the U.S. shortly after marrying her childhood sweetheart, Manuel Alberto Forero in May 1959. After living briefly in Glendale, California, Wichita, Kansas and Burlingame, California, She and her husband settled and raised an adoring family in North Hollywood, California.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Manuel, their three children and their partners, Douglas & Kathy, Nancy & Casey and Michael & Mike, 3 grandchildren, Alexandra, Samantha, and Cory, as well as several siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Her kindness, generosity and compassion will be deeply missed by all. Services will be held at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills on July 5th, 2014 at 5pm in the Old North Church. There will be a viewing at Forest Lawn Mortuary on Friday, July 4th from Noon to 4pm.
