Alice Eileen Brindle

Alice Eileen Brindle, 93, born on March 20, 1925, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away October 2, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Mary Agnes and Andrew McNelis, along with her late brothers Gene and Richard and her surviving siblings Ellen Medina and Andrew McNelis.
She was the longtime love and wife of dearly departed John Nelson Brindle and is survived by their children, Nelson and his wife Jeanne, Judy Banales and her husband Eric, Susan Carrion and her husband Tom, Richard and his wife Mary. Alice is also survived by her grandchildren Keri, Laurie, Jessica, Joshua, Jeanna, Jill, Raquel and her great-grandchildren Anthony, Mackenzie, Morgan, Myranda, Regan, Bella, Gianna and Luna.
John and Alice enjoyed square dancing for many years, they enjoyed watching the Steelers and being with their family. Alice was a Nurse for quite some time and embraced her passion for music and singing. Alice was an avid singer and member of many choral and show organizations including the Bellflower Civic Chorus where she served as President for many years.

Services will be held Tuesday 10/16 at St. Dominic Savio Parish, located at 134000 Bellflower Blvd. Bellflower, CA 90706.

Alice will be laid to rest on Friday 10/19 with her forever love John Nelson at Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
