Alesandro Toledo Jr

March 26, 1966 — April 19, 2026

Alesandro Toledo Jr, lovingly known to family and friends as “Alex”, born on March 26, 1966, in Quezon City, Philippines, passed away April 19, 2026. He resided in Anaheim, CA at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Cypress, CA.

In December 1973, Alex immigrated to the United States with his family. The third-born of four siblings, he was the beloved son of Alesandro Toledo, Sr. and Gloria Toledo.

Early in life, Alex was afflicted with meningitis, which left him cognitively impaired. Despite this, he earned his certificate of completion from Foreman High School in Chicago. Later, Alex earned his California driver’s license and purchased his own car. At Home Depot, he was honored as Employee of the Month twice, and went on to be gainfully employed at several successive jobs. With determination, independence, and heart, Alex lived a full and meaningful life.

Alex had a deep love for movies and music and built an impressive collection of DVDs, Blu-rays, and CDs. He especially enjoyed action and martial arts films, with favorites including the Rocky films, The Karate Kid series, and movies starring Bruce Lee.

Above all, Alex will be remembered for his gentle spirit, kind heart, and devotion to his family. He was a loving son, brother and uncle, and  truly our angel.

Alex is survived by his mother, Gloria Toledo; his older brother, Alexis Toledo, sister-in-law Belinda, and their sons Jordan and Ethan; his older sister, Glorina Toledo, and her son Christian; and his younger sister, Glorinda Woods, her husband Jonathan, and their daughters Angelina and Bianca.

Though Alex faced many obstacles in life, he met them with courage and perseverance. He leaves behind countless memories and a family who will forever hold him close in their hearts.

A memorial service celebrating Alex’s life will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 10:00am at Anaheim United Methodist Church – 1000 S. State College Blvd., Anaheim, CA. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend and honor his memory.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to organizations supporting Neurofibromatosis research and families, including the Children’s Tumor Foundation, Neurofibromatosis Network, or Littlest Tumor Foundation.
