Abel Perez, 88, born on July 3, 1924, in Cabaiguan, Cuba, passed away February 14, 2013. He resided in San Gabriel, California at the time of his passing. Editor of 20 de Mayo Spanish Newspaper since 1969, veteran of the Bay of Pigs Invasion/Brigada 2506. His ashes will rest at the Brigade 2506 Mausoleum in Miami, FL. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, California. He's survived by his wife Gina, children Cesar Olmos and Celia J. Perez-Olmos, four grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
